Today while Amber was at church... and I (Keri) was at work... story of my life!! Jesse, Amber's future husband set things up to leave flowers and her favorite candy Reese's Hearts in her room. To stop her from eating them all, so she can get ready to get in bride mode, we decided to make them into cookie form! SO, long story short... it is the day of love, and yes, girls like to eat cookies.. so this is what we do!!</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center; "><b>The ingredients of love....</b></div><div style="text-align: center; ">3/4 Cup butter, softened</div><div style="text-align: center; ">1/2 cup creamy peanut butter</div><div style="text-align: center; ">1 cup sugar</div><div style="text-align: center; ">1/2 teaspoon baking powder</div><div style="text-align: center; ">1/8 teaspoon salt</div><div style="text-align: center; ">1 egg</div><div style="text-align: center; ">1 teaspoon vanilla</div><div style="text-align: center; ">2 cup flour</div><div style="text-align: center; ">21 mini reese's hearts... cut them in half (you can also use peanut butter cups)</div><div style="text-align: center; "><br /></div><div style="text-align: center; "><b>Amalgamation...</b></div><div style="text-align: center; "><b>(yeah, this is Amber's word...a.k.a. the steps)</b></div><div style="text-align: left; "><b><br /></b></div><div style="text-align: left; ">1. Cream the butters</div><div style="text-align: left; "><br /></div><div style="text-align: left; ">2. Add the sugars... our favorite ingredient.... besides peanut butter (sorry Kaci, we will make cookies without pb for bailey)</div><div style="text-align: left; "><br /></div><div style="text-align: left; ">3. Shape the dough into balls... 1 1/2 inches in diamerer... then take reese's (We froze them. Preheat the oven to 375. Then bake these lil things for 8-10 minutes. We like to use double cookie sheets, so that the bottoms don't burn.
